I have felt New Energy flowing in since last week, for me it’s has felt very positive and magical. I always feel a shift this time of year, as many do with the Spring Equinox. This shift I’ve felt has been different and it is a blessing- lots of love and gratitude pouring in and all around me as I witness this. I have moments where I tear up in just deep gratitude for my life and all the beauty I see ~ The interactions with others, being in nature and with the pure awareness of everything that has lead me to those moments so I can feel why I’m able to experience such deep love and gratitude. It isn’t always easy to see why we are experiencing something difficult, yet through those moments a transformation occurs, growth within. Last night I watched a documentary about the Equinox, when day and night is everywhere. Many cultures gather to witness this meeting and celebrate the new season. We celebrate this every year. Equinox Definition: 1: either of the two points on the celestial sphere where the celestial equator intersects the ecliptic 2: either of the two times each year (as about March 21 and September 23) when the sun crosses the equator and day and night are everywhere on earth of approximately equal length. Sacred sites in places such as Chichen Itza, Mexico and others around the world, have structures built in direct alignment with the Equinox. Many celebrate the sun rise, representing light, life and rejuvenation. It’s very beautiful and amazing. It’s timeless. The Sun, The Light, connects us All. I always think of it as a time when we would plant herbs and flowers. Warmer weather and longer days. It is also a good time to plant our intentions for what we want to see grow in our lives. The sun gives and brings life. Try to make time every day to consciously connect to it and feel the difference it makes in your awareness. Wishing everyone many magical blessings! RISE. Evolve through Love, as Love, with Love. Allow yourself to move through the levels and layers, inviting in more of your true Self to take up space. As we enter 2023, it is my intention to show up fully, allowing anything or anyone that does not align with this next chapter- including my own beliefs and fears, to release. I hope to stay more and more in my heart, continuing to create relationships that are heart based, from a place of love, compassion, inspiration, community, creativity, abundance and joy. I love seeing how much has shifted in my life and hope to see more beautiful shifts for myself and others. It is truly a time to come together and support one another. I Am constantly reminded of how much as an individual and a collective we have healed and continue to as we show up for ourselves and one another. Supporting one another, doing the inner work and living in our truth, is how we change the world. This is what opens a new experience for ourselves, our children and generations to come. We remember who we are. I Am very grateful for all of you- those I’ve known for years, I’ve recently met and those who’ve I have not met personally, but have connected with here. We all teach each other and are reflections of one another, thank you so much for being on this journey with me.
